Upload your logo at checkout or send it to us by email after ordering.
We’ll email you to confirm your logo, embroidery proof, garment colours and size breakdown.
Once you approve everything, we’ll produce your order.
Your embroidered polos are then packed and delivered to your door.

Sending Your Logo
You can upload your logo when ordering, or send it by email after checkout.
A clear PNG, JPEG, PDF or vector file is best. If your logo is complex or very detailed, we may need to simplify it slightly for embroidery. If this is needed, we’ll contact you before production.
We will always send a proof before stitching your order.
Size and Colour Breakdown
After ordering, we’ll confirm your full size and colour breakdown by email.
Example:
10 x Small — Black
15 x Medium — Navy

5 x XL — Grey
5 x 2XL — Black
You can mix sizes and colours within the 50 polos.
Important Notes
This bundle includes standard left chest embroidery.
Large back embroidery, sleeve embroidery, multiple logo positions or highly complex logos are not included in this offer and may require a separate quote.
Production will only begin once your proof, sizes and colours have been confirmed.
